INSPIRON N5110 Error when Integrated NIC is ENABLE
The WI-FI was not active on the laptop I was using. I decided to format it because I thought it might be caused by virus or driver. After the Windows installation was completed, I got the following error.
Then, as a result of my research, I found that turning off the "Integrated NIC" from the BIOS screen might work. And the system was opened. But now I can't connect to the internet with both wifi and ethernet. What could be the source of the problem?

1. priority is Hard Drive. others in order Diskette, usb ,cd drive , esata and network. Why is it trying to boot the others when there is a hard drive in the first place?
I think it was "successful" because I did not encounter any errors during the installation.

Your laptop tried to boot from a PXE server, via your Ethernet. However, you don't have a PXE server, so no boot.
It's likely that your laptop tried to boot from hard drive, USB, etc., trying each device in the BIOS boot list, and could not find any bootable devices. Likely PXE was the final option in the list, so that was the last device that was tried.
Look in BIOS to see the boot priority and ensure that it's what you want.
You said that you completed a new Windows installation. I would wonder if you successfully installed Windows, and where it was installed to. Perhaps you didn't successfully install Windows or didn't install to the drive that you intended.

Did you see a message that it had been successfully installed? Did it reboot and did you complete the Windows OOBE (setting up your account, choosing options, etc?)
Because it could not find a bootable installation on the hard drive.

Hi
Perhaps if you made a bootable DVD and left it in the drive as an option?

Yeah. It asked for things like computer name, password. then i saw something like "completing installation" and after 5-10 seconds it booted up.
I'm asking myself if it could be a problem with the hard drive. But if there is a problem with the hard disk, shouldn't it not turn on even after the NIC is disabled? By the way, I still do not have wifi access. It may not turn on due to driver or wifi card.
