IR camera advertised on Inspiron 15 5570

How do I install the latest correct drivers for the IR camera built into the Inspiron 15 5570 (*if it even exists)?

What does the "IR" feature in this particular built-In IR camera do?

Can I use it for Windows Hello?

From what I've seen, the image quality is awful from the "Camera" app in Windows 10 Pro. Is this the best it can do, or do I have a driver issue?

*I see an IR camera advertised next to the touchpad on the palm rest, but don't even know if that is really a feature of my laptop. How do I check?

Welcome to the Dell Community  @JamesAndersonJr

To find if your laptop has an IR camera search your "Service Tag" to find what came installed from the factory.

EDIT:  Face Recognition USB IR Camera for Windows Hello might be what they are talking about.  However I cannot find a site that specifically lists the Dell as being compatible. Masquerade Detection by Infrared Cam with Depth Sensor. High-Security Biometrics. Masquerade by flat photos and images can be prevented.

Windows hello has specific requirements.

Windows Hello supports the Creative BlasterX Senz3D – Web Camera should you be looking for an Intel RealSense Camera for your Windows 10 (x64) device

As Creative do an Intel RealSense Web Camera – you can go to Creative Labs store & get a BlasterX Senz3D - Web Camera!

Well, I got my Dell from Dell Outlet ( https://outlet.us.dell.com ) and received no OS backup disc, no instructions, no extra cables (except power), and definitely NO "extra IR camera add-on" accessory, so that's brazen false-advertising ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_advertising ), IYAM!
