Inspiron 13-7368 Cannot install wifi driver

BIOS version - 1.19.0

Since the past week i was having problems with the WiFi, after waking up from sleep the WiFi was disabled, i could only connect to the internet via ether-net cable. A couple of times restarting did the trick(Once working i even removed Windows permission to shutdown the device in power management but to no avail) but now even after restarting the problem persists , after trying out various solutions such as

1. Disabling and then re-enabling Wlan under windows administrative tools(set to start automatically)

2. Checking the BIOS setup to see that the WiFi was enabled

Finally i decided to uninstall my WiFi driver , but after rebooting it hasn't reinstalled, even after i tried checking for hardware changes in device manager( The problem seems to be with my WiFi card). Finally i downloaded the latest driver from Dell website (Intel-3160-3165-7260-7265-WiFi-Driver_400FF_WIN_21.10.1.1488_A07_01) and tried to install it , but i have been unsuccessful so far!

You are not installing the correct driver for your system.

The link for the Intel Chipset Device Software Driver seems to be corrupted - http://www.dell.com/support/home/drivers/DriversDetails?productCode=inspiron-13-7368-2-in-1-laptop&driverId=JP22V

After first installing the Intel Management Engine Interface Driver (Intel-Management-Engine-Interface-Driver_V2W5R_WIN_1914.12.0.1255_A06.EXE) and Realtek Memory Card Reader Driver (Realtek-Memory-Card-Reader-Driver_HCN7P_WIN_10.0.17134.31242_A03_01.EXE) successfully and then  going for the WiFi driver installation after rebooting i am now getting an error code of 01
