Inspiron 13 7391 2-in-1 camera is poor quality?

I saw it only has 0.92mp which seems shockingly low. Is it actually poor quality or does the HD camera make up for it? My current laptop (Inspiron 15R 3000 series 2013) (yes it's really that old) has the same mp and it's super grainy. But how much does the HD camera take care of that?

I know the Surface Book has a 5.0mp camera facing forward, so will the Inspiron HD camera make it look somewhat like that?
