Inspiron 14-3452

So I have a friend that bought this terrible laptop worst one ive seen by far she thought it was fast just because it had an ssd in it. I broke it down to clean the fans and apply a new compound of thermal paste. Then tried to put a fresh new install of windows 10 and no luck ive tried using UEFI mode with an UEFI usb bootable doesnt work (takes me directly to support assist). Then i tired it in legacy mode with a different bootable from windows 10 media and it works takes me into the setup but then when i try to create a new partition it says " windows cannot be installed on this disk" ive even went into the bios to make my own MBR partition and my own system partition and still nothing. I tired converting it to gpt and still trying it in legacy mode but nothing its saying "Windows Cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style" which means i need to be in UEFI mode which as i explained at the top i cannot do. I also tried the recover tool from dell, as well didnt work which was expected. it came up with an error saying not enough memory to make a ram thing. and i looked that up and saying i need to clean the badmemory welp tried that in cmd and no luck saying no longer in use or somthing figuring everyone else done it on a opperating system and im doing it in the setup mode. anyway if you have any ideas let me know if not im just going to let her know the computer is a peace of...  sorry dell but this laptop was a mistake lol 32 gb drive are you kidding me?? and oh yeah the slot for the extra hard drive and the space on the board that says HDD1 but its been taken off (by factory). and ram ha cant be up graded i took an 4gb stick i had laying around and nothing fans spin on then back off which means faulty ram tried it with another 4gb stick same thing stuck the 4gb stick in my asus laptop and works perfectly fine just dell engineering for ya..

Is there a question in that rant?
