Inspiron 14R N4010 disk and memory upgrade
I have an Inspiron 14R N4010 with I5, 500gb hard disk and 4gb RAM. I would like to know if i could upgrade it with a 480 SSD and 8gb RAM

480GB SSD will be fine if you are doing a fresh install of the OS.
Most imaging software has a problem of imaging to a smaller drive.
And 16GB memory should be your max.
