Inspiron 15 3515, charging indicator

Question

I have bought an Inspiron 15 3515 laptop recently. When I am charging my laptop, the charging indicator blinks after every 2 or 3 seconds. Sometimes, the light goes off for a few seconds, and again after that, it starts blinking. Can somebody help me out to fix this issue?
