Inspiron 15 3525 sata hdd problems

Hello, this is my first time using the forum.

I recently purchased a Crucial CT1000MX500SSD1 sata ssd and according to Crucial website this model drive is compatible with the Dell Inspiron 15 3525, as the original 250GB NVMe SSD is too small and wanted to use the new drive as secondary drive for storage.

I installed the new drive following the steps from the Dell Service Manual. After installing i booted up the laptop and went into the BIOS. However under the Main setting, the First the drive section did not display the drive.

So I booted the system into Windows (Windows 11 came with the laptop), checked under the disk management and the drive was there so i created a new volume and formatted it. So now i see the drive in the windows file explorer window.

However it seems that other problem came to light when i installed the second drive. Whenever i try to connect to any network i keep getting error "network not known" or "network not available". However when i disconnect the sata hdd and restart windows i can connect to the available networks.

But also now some sites that i used to access (work site requiring login) will not work properly, the page just cycles through the loging process.

I contacted Dell support but they could not help solve my problem.

Do i need to reset the BIOS or something. Is there any settings to do in the BIOS. Any help or advice would me much appreciated.
