Inspiron 15 3543 won't start with LED light flashes

My laptop Inspiron 15 3000 series 3543 is almost 3 years old which was working perfectly few hours back, but now fails to start. The only activity which is happening by the system is flashing of white LED light and remains off for few seconds and flashes again. This process goes on for few mins and then a break of about 3-4 mins and the flashes of the LED with the gap of few seconds appear again. I'm not able to diagnose the problem, weather its faulty battery or its a faulty power supply chip or anything else ... !!

General troubleshooting:

Unplug the system and remove or disconnect the battery.  Hold the power button for 30 sec.  Remove and reinstall the memory module(s).

Verify that the AC adapter LED is ON before you plug in the notebook end.  If it's not, replace the adapter with a new one.

Leave the battery disconnected and plug in the adapter.  If the system will start, but won't with the battery installed, the battery is bad;  replace it with a new one.

If it still won't power up, you'll need to count the LED flashes and determine the pattern -- the meaning for the flash codes is here:

I have the same issue. Power supply tested at 19.5 volts. Tried removing the battery and holding down the power button. When I try to restart, the white LED on the front of the laptop blinks a single blink every 4-5 seconds. Bad motherboard?

I am having the exact same problem. I wonder if it is related to a windows change. I initially thought it was a memory issue, I got it working for a little while after replacing the memory but no such luck any more. If you manage to solve it please update
