Inspiron 15-3567
I have an Inspiron 15-3567 Running Windows V.1803 Build 17134.950 w/ BIOS ver. 2.9.0 that is giving me a few issues that seem to be connected. I changed the hard drive out from the horrible 1TB 5400RPM HD to a 1TB SSD, and I upgraded the memory from 4GB to 8GB. Both of the components I installed were directly from Dell and were recommended for my model. Let me go through a few things I have done before I am asked to do so again.
I have tried re-installing the original hard drive
I have reinstalled Windows 10 on both drives
I have changed the BIOS battery, 3 times
I have updated the BIOS from the Dell website
I have run DSIM.exe and cleaned my image
I have checked all critical drivers for errors
I have cleaned my registry of all unused extensions
I have made sure that W32tm is running properly
My laptop, if left unattended, will turn itself off. This is even when all commands to sleep after being idle have been turned off. I will then have to remove the power cord, remove the battery, wait about 10 seconds, then restart the computer. When I do finally restart, I get the Dell splash screen for a brief moment, then I am greeted by a BIOS error that says:
time and day not set - please run SETUP program
Invalid configuration information - please run SETUP program
After manually resetting the the time, everything works until the computer decides to do it again.
Does anyone have any ideas for me?

If you BIOS Clock is not able to keep time, that sounds like a hardware issue like your motherboard since changing the BIOS Battery did not fix the issue
