7 beeps indicates a CPU failure. It may be the motherboard as CPUs do not fail often but any way you look at it a motherboard replacement is probably going to be the repair for either hardware failure.
Have a look at the following though for further information.
wow -- took a couple of tries. Started hitting the F11 key when turning on the power and it eventually came on. I ran the diagnostics and everything checked out ok.
