Inspiron 15 5570 wifi conection issues
I got this laptop 3 days ago as a gift and it worked great for the first 2 days but now the internet speeds are highly erratic and it randomly looses and regains the ability to connect to the Wi-Fi. I havnt dropped or gotten it wet. I've run diagnostic test after test and they all come up normal. I don't know if the issue happened after updating windows and the drivers or if the Wi-Fi card is messed up. Any advice would be amazing because I'm at my witts end. Before anyone suggests it I uninstalled smartbyte already with 0 change in the issue

Another_Dave,
Is the card still not showing up in device manager? Is the error still showing up? Start the computer and tap the F2 key to enter the bios. Once in the bios choose to restore defaults. Save changes and exit. Once back up see if the card is listed in device manager.

I did as you suggested, resetting the bios settings. The card does not show up in the device manager unless I show hidden devices.

Thanks for trying this. Please run the basic diagnostic test and let me know if any error is seen.
This would last about 10 minutes. You need not run the extended stress/memory test for now. Please have the power adapter connected at all times.
Power on your system from a powered off state.
Keep tapping ( tap-tap-tap ) the F12 key the moment the system powers on.
Select Diagnosis.
That's it!
Here is also a short video to guide you on this: “https://dell.to/2m8oWKR;
You will be alerted if there is an error detected. If all goes well, you will be informed that there are no errors. You will be provided with a validation code in both the above scenarios. Share this with me and if there are any error codes as well.

I have an inspiron 2 in 1 and I have reinstalled the drivers but the bluetooth won't install because I cannot turn it on, can't turn on the wifi either... All these headaches started with Windows 10 update, even Dell could not help me find a solution.
