Inspiron 15-7??? Gaming; keyboard not working

I had this laptop for less than a year, some of the keys on the laptop does not register when pressed upon. There were no accidents with dropping the laptop, accidentally pouring water on the laptop, and I highly doubt its a physical problem. It happens with few of the keys (A, S, D F, J, E, W) and after a few minutes of using the laptop, the keyboard would start working again.

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Have you run a systems diagnostics yet? Please run systems diagnestics by pressing F12 at startup or by running Dell SupportAssist, make a note of any error messages encountered and post back.
