Inspiron 15 7591, fan wont turned off
Hi,
My Inspiron 15 7591 arrived today. It is the version with i7 and gtx 1650. I have set it up, updated everything (dell, nvidia, windows update etc) and restarted it multiple times. When it is not running anything , nvidia is on whisper mode, running the lowest settings and dell power management thermal management is on quiet the fans still turn on. Is this meant to happen? Are the fans never meant to turn off. I have ran the diagnostics on both fans via "ePSA Pre-boot System Assessment " and it passed.
