Inspiron 15 7591, loose touchpad problem

Hi guys,
I bought a brandnew laptop Dell inspiron 15 7591 yesterday from a Dell Authorized Retailer
I have noticed that its touchpad is quite loose (not solid) and it makes a rattling sound whenever I slightly tap (not click) on the touchpad. My work needs my most concentration and focus so this issue is really annoying to me.
Could I ask for a replacement? P/s: I've been using 3 Dell laptops, and this is the first time I meet this loose touchpad problem

I reached out Dell Care and they say it is working as designed.

We have an update on this. Our product engineering team has reviewed the video and informed us that this is working as designed. This is a precision touchpad which has a single button at the bottom and depending on how and where it is pressed, the sound may be different and it may "appear" loose compared to other touchpads. Having said that, do let us know If there is any functionality issues with the touchpad and we will definitely be able to look into this.

We are in the same boat. Even I have this problem. In the beginning, it just rattles. After a certain period of usage (in my case, it was around 4 weeks), a point will come when your touchpad will get stuck as there was something loose beneath it. Created another post on Dell Community about it. Really annoying.
