It’s plugged it but not even recognizing that it is. Doesn’t even say plugged in not charging. I keep unplugging and plugging it back in. Please help me!!!

First of all go into the BIOS and see if the battery and adapter are detected. Restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F2. In the BIOS make sure the battery and adapter are detected. Then try a system reset. Disconnect the battery and unplug the adapter. Then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect everything and see if it is charging.

I have the same laptop, and have the same issue.
I've done the steps you suggested... along with
Update battery drivers
Update BIOS
Purchased new AC Adpater
Purchased new Battery
Still plugged in and not charging. Would love some help.

I’ve tried what you suggested and it still doesn’t work.
