Inspiron 17 7791 - UEFI Network Boot Options

Hello,

We use WDS to deploy a standardized OS to all of our Windows devices, but this device doesn't appear to have the UEFI Network Boot Option. I can enable the UEFI Network Stack, but IPv4 and IPv6 options don't populate the boot options and none are found when browsing the file system. Thought I would send it out to the community before chucking it at the guy who ordered it. 

BIOS updated to 1.2.0

UEFI Network Stack Enabled

Secure Boot Disabled

All External USB/Thunderbolt devices are enabled

All drivers exist on the boot image.
