Inspiron 17R N7110 replace HDD with SSD

I would like to replace the HDD with an SSD on my Inspiron 17R N7110.

The manual does not have any reference to SSD, does this mean it's not possible? Are there any alternative options?

You can install a 2.5" SSD without a problem. The following post deals with that question. Especially read the posts of ejn63.

And a Youtube video showing the procedure.

What is the maximum storage capacity for the Dell N7110, im trying to put a 2tb hybrid drive Seagate firecuda but in the bios it show the label with around 1million gigabytes, i believe the laptop support the drive.
