Inspiron 3451 Re Install Windows 10

I have a Dell Inspiron 14-3451 laptop that I need to reinstall Windows 10 Home vers 2004. I called someone from phone support, case#1051300449 (if that will give you more information). I ask were I could get instillation Medea. They instructed me to download USB Recovery Tool Application_6KFY_WIN__2..6096.0_A00.exe. I installed and ran the tool. I entered my Service Tag/ Express Service Code and all I get is a red X “No OS images for the tag, though images exist for the product”. Am I doing something wrong or does this normally work?

If a Dell ISO does exist for this laptop were can I find it? I have a Microsoft (Generic I Guess) ISO. Can I use it? If so do I use the COA key from the laptop or will it just install?

I also have Dell Alienware Digital Delivery Application_PDYGW_WIN_4.0_4.0.70.0_A11,

and Support Assist Installer.exe. Should these two downloads work?

I have been trying to install an SSD in this laptop. The Clone software for what ever reason not working and the factory drive has some corruption problems. That's why I am reinstalling windows altogether.

Thanks
