Inspiron 3567 - DVD Drive not working
DVD Drive of my Dell Laptop is not working. I checked my control panel and it says "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)".. Should I take it to Dell Service Center, or is there an easy way of fixing this problem.
