Inspiron 5405, WiFi driver keeps uninstalling itself

I have had my system for several months now and I’ve been contacting Dell Support since October, which is over 8 months now, and the problem isn’t being resolved. And now that my 1 year warranty has expired, nothing is being done about it. The problem started within the fist few months of receiving the system and the “support” team didn’t do anything about it. They did take in the laptop for repair but I don’t think they did anything other than reload the operating system, downgrading me from Windows 11 to Windows 10.

The issue is that the system uninstalls the WiFi drivers on its own accord after waking from sleep. The system reboots and then the WiFi disappears, meaning I lose all work that hasn’t been saved which is very frustrating.

I have tried everything from running hardware scans to updating drivers to even straight up wiping the drive clean and hard reseating the system and the issue still persists.

They refuse to refund the PC, because it’s against the policy, but I didn’t receive the product as listed. I purchased the product advertised *without issues* so if I don’t get what I ordered, I should get a replacement or a refund. Customer service is awful.
