Inspiron 5505 Missing 2nd Slot mount bracket

Question

I've tried contacting Dell by phone, Twitter, email and chat. No one seems to be able to help or know anything about it.

Some of the Inspiron 5505 are missing the mount bracket yet Dell seems to insist it doesn't exist or nothing comes up for it.

Yet in their video https://youtu.be/F8vCs0GcIM8, you can see the bracket (blue piece). And someone over at slickdeals got their laptop with the bracket.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Others have written that if you didn't buy another hard drive, you won't get the bracket.     .

There is really no way you can buy a new one online.
