Inspiron 5594, FAN WORKING

ONE DAY, THERE WERE ANTS ON MY KEYBOARD.. AFTER READING THINGS ON GOOGLE, I GOT A INFO THAT ANTS CAN DAMAGE YOUR FAN SOMEHOW...

AFTER THAT INCIDENT, I CAN'T HEAR  MY FAN WORKING NEITHER CAN I FEEL THE AIR OUT OF MY VENTS.. BUT ALSO MY LAPTOP IS NOT HEATING..

HOW DO I CHECK WHETHER MY FAN IS WORKING OR NOT??

I'm assuming the computer is last than 1 year old and windows 10 is on the system.....

Please run Dell Diagnostic to check the fan and other hardware within the system by following steps below:

1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals such as printer, external drive, flash drive, printer.

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu in top right corner of screen. In Dell Preboot Menu, select Diagnostic. After quick tests, select Fan, Thorough Test Mode.

Report back any error code. Check Results, System Health and Events Logs after all tests.
