Inspiron 7380, battery issues, #3
I have had the Inspiron 13 7380 for about 24 months, the battery has rapidly deteriorated in that time that now it lasts about 30 mins from start up, after what I thought was a full charge. I have changed all my power settings as per = Dell Laptop Battery - Frequently Asked Questions
but it still rapidly discharges. I see that the batteries are not readily accessible on these laptops? What options do we have to have these investigated or changed?

Batteries only last for about 2 years now that the design has drastically changed for lighter thinner laptops.
Replacement battery here if you cannot get one at Dell. I don't trust buying from marketplaces. Too many scams. Batteries should come from Dell or a trusted Dell Parts supplier. Directions on how to replace =

No doubt the battery does need replacement. There are plenty of third party options; if you want an OEM battery, here's one source:

Dell will sell you a battery only with service (you'll have to call out of warranty support to arrange the replacement). It does not consider the battery user-replaceable.

Dell are quite impersonal about this. Basically in a PM stating that as the laptop is out of warranty, it's not our problem. I'm so glad that community members such as yourself are here to help. I'll try and replace the battery myself.
