Inspiron 7415 Network Card Issue
I purchased an Inspiron 7415 2 in 1 laptop on Monday. The laptop has windows 11 and an AX200 network card. I completed the updates recommended in Dell Support.
I had wifi issues after connection had been established and ran the Windows diagnostic which said there was a problem with the network adapter hardware or driver. The Dell hardware scan did not detect a network connection.
I called Dell support and they had me reset network settings and restart the computer. This corrected the problem. Wifi was restored and the Dell hardware network card scan ran successfully.
After some time (from a few minutes to a few hours), the problem re-occurs and I have to reset the network setting and restart again.
Dell said it is a software problem and I have to pay $99 for support to resolve the issue.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Anyone have a similar issue? At best buy where I purchased the laptop, they said it was a known driver issue with the Network card and Windows 11 on the Inspiron and they recommended staying away from the Inspiron for now. I'm still in the hassle free return period, but I really like the laptop and would like to fix the issue and keep the laptop.

I would listen to Best Buy. It is sounds like a driver issue.
Your only other option is to buy a USB network adapter if you want to keep the laptop.
