Inspiron 7506 plagued with issues

First month speaker jack blew my speakers. Dell replaced my speakers along with the mother board, and refused me a new replacement. Then they had to replace my screen, would not give me a new replacement and now I am waiting for a new mouse pad. Essentially all primary components. Dell has had this more than me. Seeking the proper address to first file a consumer complaint to secure treble damages. Unfortunate, as I only want a replacement. If there is a specific location other than Texas, please share.
