Inspiron 7570, 2 Amber and 4 white blinking LED
The screen on my June 2018 out of warranty Inspiron 7570 displayed a band of static. It would not restart after closing down. The front LED now flashes a pattern of 2 amber and 4 white repeating.
Thanks for any help forthcoming.

That blink code indicates a RAM failure. Try reseating the RAM and if that does not work then run diagnostics. Diagnostics is F12 at the Dell splash screen. If you have more than 1 stick of RAM you could pull one stick and try booting. If that does not work try the other stick. Also try them one at a time in each RAM slot.
