Unfortunately, forcibly damaging the computer is not covered under the warranty.  However, the parts may be available to repair it.  Please try contacting Dell Spare Parts, parts-people.com, or Discount Electronics.  If you would like to receive an estimate of the costs and have it repaired by the Dell Depot, please contact the Dell Out of Warranty department.

Apologies if I might actually be posting on the wrong forum...

I know that English is not my first language, but I'm very surprised at your answer to my post...I was asking around if anyone knows where I could purchase the "Rubber Grommet" and extra screws for the HDD bay...I'm estimating the cost for the Rubber Grommet and Screws to be less than $5.. why would I want to file a warranty claim for those...?

Repair...? I mean I've never heard of ways you can repair rubber and screws...

I was asking if anyone knew the correct name for the piece of rubber that was holding the hard drive bay so that I could try finding it. And if anyone actually know a seller on e-bay or amazon that carries them... I don' think I was asking for warranty claims... And in no way is the computer itself damaged... just that the screws are a little stripped for my liking and I need replacement rubber grommets...

It's unlikely the parts are separately available.  On the caddy for the drive will be a Dell part number you can use to search for a replacement.
