Inspiron G5 15 5590, normal temperature during gaming?

Is it normal for my laptop cpu to reach 90 to 95°C when gaming? The 1 year warranty expired on July 8, 2020. I am getting this temperature when gaming specifically when playing Watch Dogs 2. Watch Dogs 2 game will make cpu reach 100°C when starting. When playing GTA V, the cpu temperature will spike up to 95°C in startup of this game then stabilize up to 90 to 91°C. My cpu temp when gaming is between 75 to 85°C. Sometimes, it reaches 92°C but for just a second then goes down to 75-80°C. Is that normal and a safe temperature for my laptop's cpu? I updated my BIOS last month.
