Inspiron G7 15, internet screen not centered

I have a G7 15. have grappled with a few problems since I bought it and wonder if I have wasted my money on a lemon. For example, the Support Assist didn't work , and thanks to suggestions on Community, I have now uninstalled and re-installed it. Not sure that this is going to provide much assistance, but it is operating. My current problem is when I open internet, the screen is either to the left, or to the right. Internet display is unstable. Moves to left or right. This makes it very difficult to access the scroll bar, or left arrow. Very frustrating. Is there a fix for this?

redux,  new guy , and cockpit troubles.

you  need to take a basics computer class, 1 day class.

or ask for a friend to teach you the ropes.

takes 2 humans to do that , one or both not in a silly text box.

thanks Savvy 2

I seem to have a fix - I can click the screen at the top left and drag it back to position. However, this is the first PC I've had with this problem, and it is frustrating to have to keep clicking and dragging.

You are correct - I should have posted this in the laptop forum. It's Google, but as I said I haven't had this on any of my previous PCs, so don't think it s google, i think it is Dell.

Jay50,

* Click my DELL-name and private message me Inspiron Laptop service tag number

* Does the same "center" issue happen when testing other browsers, Microsoft Edge and Chrome?

just following up on this problem with internet browser .Edge does stay centred, but WOW it causes other problems. For instance when I use it as the browser for my banking, after a transaction, it freezes. Task manager says Application Frame Host Not responding. Then after some time the website drops out. This has happened 3 to 5 times over the past fortnight. I do not have the problem using Google. SO I am back with Google - recentring it manually. All irritating. Have not had this problemo with my previous PC ASUS . PS Should I be posting this problem on to the Community ?
