Internal Microphone volume suddenly very low
I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3567. The other day I was on a zoom call and people said they couldn't hear me. I've used zoom many times with no problem. When I test the mic with Voice Recorder my voice is very low and muffled. I downloaded and installed the latest RealTek drivers from the Dell Support site and it still doesn't work. How can I fix this?

The only way I got it to work was by removing the realtek drivers and installing the generic microsoft HD audio drivers.
