Is it possible to use SSD in my i15-3576-A70 with the HD?
I wounder if it's possible to keep my hard drive and add a SSD drive in my Inpiron i15-3576-A70. If so, can I do it by myself, or is it better to hire a profissional?

No - the system supports only one 2.5" drive and has no support for M.2 drives. If you want an SSD, you must replace the hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

The Windows 10 license is built into the system board. You can either do a clean install or clone the existing drive (there are freeware utilities you can use to do this, but you will need an external hard drive or some other device that will allow you to have both drives connected to the system at the same time - an external USB adapter or enclosure).
Macrium Reflect has a free version that will do the job just fine.
