Issues with Inspiron 5558 Bootup - Hard Drive Erro

Question

I tried to boot up my laptop today and I was met with the blue screen including 'Hard Drive - Not Installed'. I went and rebooted the system and tried to run diagnostics and was met with this message. Any help as to if I need to replace the hard drive or if this is a problem I can fix myself?

Until the moderator approves the picture I have no idea what the error was. But if it refers to error 0142 then the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.
