Keyboard flashes then laptop shuts off while trying to turn on

my laptop Dell G5 15 5590 Corei7-10750H 16GB Ram GTX 1660TI

when trying to Turn On my laptop Keyboard flashes for 5 seconds (All RGB Colors) then laptop shuts off

then i have to Turn it on again using Power Button .

All drivers updated by Dell Update Application.

what is the problem
