Keyboard is not working at G3 3579
I've bought Dell G3 3579 Laptop and after 2-months from warranty I found that some keyboard keys are not working
I've already updated the BIOS to the latest version and after searching a lot of people that have the same version
they have the same problem
so how to fix this problem or how to connect dell company to find solution for that as it is Manufacturing defect not bad usage

I second that. Is it possible that the whole problem is just about a bad BIOS?
For a while it works, then it does not (just now) for 15min or a few hours, then it suddenly starts working again. (like just now again...). It works sometime when I press the buttons with the adjacent other button (but that is 50:50).
Any sensible solution?

Does this issue persist every time you use the system or is it intermittent?
Do you have any docking station connected to the system?
Since the issue is not observed with the external keyboard, it could be an issue with the hardware as well.

Hi,
1) For 2 days was ok, now wrong again.
2) no docking station
3) Win / BIOS issue? external kbd different keys are wrong.
laptop wrong keys: 3edc F3
kbd wrong keys: 1234 789

I am having the same problem.
Keys not working intermittently: op[-09 backspace /.
I`ve already reinstalled driver, disabled filter keys
What is happening?
I am using external usb keyboard to continue using the computer, but that is not a solution.
My notebook is G3-3500-A40P
