Km113 keyboard and mouse not working
Hello my wireless keyboard and mouse are not working although dongle is recognised by laptop in the device manager , looks to me pairing is lost or not working , how to fix this issue please suggest asap

Hello
I am still waiting for the response on KM 113 combo not working .
Replaced batteries in the mouse and key board , Green light on mouse glows for few second then goes off and reciever is plugged in USB . There is no power button on the reciever
