Laptop power button disabled
My laptop keyboard was having some issue. Randomly some letters were coming on screen on their own. So I thought to disable the laptop keyboard and only use my external keyboard. Also I also turned on option to enable driver should not be installed upon reboot. Hence laptop keyboard is disabled permanently. Now i am not able to turn it off, got to know that power button also disabled. Now if I use external keyboard with power button, I think in bios setup is to be done to turn on using external keyboard which i didn't did. What should i do now?

If you hold down the power button for 5 seconds and nothing happens, and you can't access the menu to properly shut down, then you need to force restart
If you’ve been turning off the computer by holding down the power button and you have a HDD, you’re damaging the HDD. Forcing the computer to shut down like this makes the HDD suddenly stop, damaging it. This makes the HDD die faster. Also, wait for it to spin down before picking up the laptop, if you don’t this damages it as well, as it acts kind of like a gyroscope because of the spinning parts. SSDs don’t have these problems because they have no moving parts. My laptop with an SSD boots in ~5 seconds.
