Let Dell automatically find driver updates for you

First, I just did a clean Windows 10 install and fully updated it.

Then I ran "Let Dell automatically find driver updates for you" and four items were suggested including the Inspiron 5459/5559/5759 System BIOS update, Version 1.9.0, Release date 02 Nov 2020 (Inspiron5459_190.exe), which I downloaded and installed, and then confirmed the successful BIOS update.

Next, I returned to the Dell Driver and Download support page and reran "Let Dell automatically find driver updates for you" and once again, four items were suggested including the exact same BIOS update.

Just to be safe, I followed Dell's advice and reran the BIOS update. Based on the early termination of the update, it was obvious the update program determined the BIOS was already updated and promptly ended the updating process.

Then, I returned once more to the Driver and Download support page and reran "Let Dell automatically find driver updates for you" and once again, four items were suggested including the exact same BIOS update.

Here is my question...

If Dell's "Let Dell automatically find driver updates for you" online program cannot determine whether or not the tested PC requires a BIOS update, what confidence should I have in (i) the three other items on the list being necessary, and (ii) the list being complete? 

I mean, if the software could not determine if the installed BIOS needed to be updated, should I believe the software will be more successful at determining which drivers do and do not need to be updated?
