Microphone low-pass filtration
Hi,
I have the following problem. I need to record high-frequency sound with my built-in microphone in Dell Inspiron 15 5575. But I experience the strange effect of a low-pass filtration that prevents me from recording the sounds above 18 kHz. I disabled all audio enhancement options in microphone settings and turned-off speech recognition as well. I also updated the drivers. Can anybody suggest a solution?

I have a recording studio.
The built in microphones are only designed for speech, not full or high frequency applications.
Your best option is a full fidelity (frequency) USB connected microphone. Even at that not all USB mic's have the frequency response you are looking for.
