Motherboard Upgrade

I have a Dell Inspiron N7010 (17") and would like to upgrade the motherboard to be able to install a better processor, since the primary use of the laptop is to run Autodesk Revit.

Current confirguration:

Intel i5 CPU M 460 2.53 Ghz

6 GB Installed RAM

64 Bit Windows 10 Operating System

750 SSD Hard Drive
