No Bluetooth - Inspiron 3505

I have tried to connect bluetooth on my new laptop and I have not been able to. The "bluetooth" symbol does not appear in the Notification Center.

After some assists, and a power restart, the bluetooth symbol has appeared and has managed to connect for a few minutes. Then it disappeared again and lost connection.

It also does not appear in the device manager.

All drivers are up to date.

What should I do? Thanks!

Please open device manager app, select Action, click on Scan For Hardware Changes, hopefully Blue tooth driver appears. If  blue tooth driver doesn't appear, select View, and then Show Hidden Devices.

If the blue tooth driver appear, uninstall it. To reinstall, select Action, Scan For Hardware Changes or restart PC.

If the above steps doesn't fix the bluetooth problem, check the status of Bluetooth in the BIOS:

1. Power off system

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F2 key continuously until you see BIOS menu.

In the BIOS, check the Blue tooth switch to make sure it's either uncheck or enable
