Are there unknown devices in Device Manager?

Same issue on my 7580. I don't know if it was a windows update or a dell update that caused this. All I know is it just showed up after I brought my laptop out of sleep. Looks like the Realtek driver is still installed, just hidden. Get the official latest audio driver from Dell for your laptop. Go into device manager, view, then show hidden devices. The Realtek audio driver will still be on there. Uninstall it, then reboot. Install the Official audio driver, reboot. That's how I got mine back.

Check if there is a problem with the laptop speaker

1. Use earphones to listen. If there is sound from the earphones but the speakers do not, you may suspect that the problem is with the speakers and eliminate the sound card problem.

2. Check the audio driver, if it is normal, the speaker may be broken (but note that the speaker is used as a sound output)

3. Check the sound playback device in the control panel to see if the speaker is working properly.
