Notebook without battery powered by a powerbank?

Hi,
I have a notebook 5770 with no battery.
Can I power a notebook without a battery with a powerbank via usb-c PD?
If the answer is yes, what parameters should be the powerbank?

Thanks for the answer.
So I don't need a battery?
Yes, I know the battery will be cheaper. But I rarely need a laptop powered by a battery. I could use the powerbank for other devices.

Will this one also be good?

You'll have to ask the manufacturer of the device.  Be sure your system has the optional USB 3.1 type C port -- the other USB ports do not support charging.

How long can my notebook run with a Dell Powerbank?
No games playing, just web browsing and email.

Since the system had a 42 WHr battery initially, and the power bank is 65 WHr , 65/42 = 1.5 so about 50% longer than whatever you saw when the system was new.
