Power rail failure
Inspiron 3501
Hi! I got two issues with my new device. Inspiron 3501.
First. When i Turn on my computer the light indicator for the AC adapter blinks amber (2) and white (8). I checked for solution but the diagnostic says that It's about a LCD power rail failure.
Second. The caps locks light keeps on whether the button it is turn on or off. I've effortlessly tried to fix it but no match.
I really need your help.

If the system is brand-new, return it for refund or replacement.
The alternative is to have the system board replaced under warranty, which is less preferable than having the system replaced.

You need to replace the system board.
