Problem with fingerprint Dell G3 15

Hello everyone. I am new here, I created an account just to ask this...

I saw other people having similar problems as well and I tried their solutions given but it didnt work for me.

So I noticed I couldnt use my fingerprint to sign in as when I had bought the laptop. I tried troubleshooting it myself but turns out I can't. One of the community comments said to uninstall and reinstall Goodix driver. I can uninstall but when I tried to reinstall it didnt allow me to, it stated something like "no fingerprint sensor found" or something similar. I don't know and I am very frustrated.

However, my my device is no longer under warranty can I still get any help?
