Secure boot is enabled

I have a Win PE drive I configured as yours seems to be. It is showing an active 2 GB Fat 32 partition and should boot your system. If the system isn't seeing the bootable partition, it may be set up incorrectly or you need to have the drive inserted prior to booting or rebooting..
Again, I do not know if a Dell process can set up a drive in that manner, but if it did, there would be some type of image in the NTFS partition.
I will go look at the process you are using. If you had a link, it might help..

I do not have any experience with the Dell Recovery Options but the flash drive would seem to be set up for a small boot partition (Fat32) and a larger NTFS partition to hold an image that might be larger then 4 GBs..
Do don't think the Dell Process does that but Rufus does.. If you have used Rufus, the creation of the recovery drive may wipe it and start over. If it does not wipe the USB drive then you may need to do that first, assuming it is safe for you to do so.
