Requesting Product Specifications for Inspiron 7559 Item (Bottom Case Screw)
Hello! I'm looking for the specifications for the left-side (once flipped over, for clarification) hinge screw of the Dell Inspiron 7559's bottom portion (the one underneath the bottom cover... and the one that tends to have the problem with thread locker and whatnot). I can't find a replacement on-hand and my local parts store says that Dell products tend to have more custom-made parts which requires a service center (that does not exist in my country.) I only need the specifications for the missing screw so I can requisition a replacement and hopefully fix things. Thanks in advance!

Alrighty, I was able to find out the screw specifications myself after a bit of digging. In the interest of helping other people out who might be looking for this info in the future, the screw(s) are M2 x 5mm screws, same as the ones used to secure the battery. Anyway, cheers!

This sort of information is usually found in the Service Manual.
M2 x 5 screws can be found at Home Depot stores.
