Return Shipping label?

Question

my new Dell laptop keep having hardware issue. Already sent back to Dell 2 times for part replacement. Now video card not working, last week Dell support says I will receive a shipping label in 1-2 days. Now still havent received anything. Email to Dell, no response. What do I have to do to get the shipping label?

Patel M I too have been on the phone 5 hours today to try and get return shipping labels for 3 laptops I need to send back. They sent me the email info with the tracking number but I am unable to print any of the labels. I have the return No. and the tracking no. so UPS said if i could get the destination info, I could recreate the label with my account. Can you give me the destination info so I can at least print my own labels since I cannot print the ones sent by Dell

I have the same problem.  I need a return shopping label.  I requested one 3 days ago and still have not received it.  I have checked my inbox and junk mail folders.  Please help me

Not sure why the return shipping label isn't sent to you when you send an email stating 'Your return request is processed.' Why not just send the labels with that email? Bad process.
