SATA available disk: removed
this notification is from Intel rapid storage technology program. this message appears whenever I turn off my PC or when it goes to sleep. as you can guess, after this notification the D drive disappears. but if I shut down my pc and reboot it then the drive appears again. and the catch here is that this doesn't happen if 'restart' the pc directly.
my pc is Inspiron 15 7000 gaming with i7-7700HQ CPU @2.80GHz, 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD. here SSD stays and HDD disappears.

It could be a bad SATA cable or the HDD is starting to fail. Boot the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run full system diagnostics paying special attention to the hard drive results.

somebody sent me a private message and I failed to reply in time.
so, to anyone still wondering how to solve this problem...
just go to dell service center and get the cable connecting the hard drive to a chip and also this chip.
there was nothing wrong with my hard drive.
