Support Assist OS backup seems to be hung
running a backup now for about 18 hours. the progress bar and GB show about 80% complete, but no change for several hours. I really hate to bail now if it might still complete this backup to my external drive, since I cannot get into Windows11 after bad advice from Dell support!
The light is still blinking on the drive but .... it has been hours since the screen updated the file list or progrss.
Any advice welcome!
before starting this it completed a small backup to this hard drive just fine... which I was able to restore on another PC.
No Events found!
